Earache and follow up...
Pain in ear requires follow up, it should not ignored after disappearance of pain. Sometimes it can lead to collection of fluid in ear especially if a child has recurrent earache. It can lead to some degree of hearing loss.
Flu vaccine, Hib vaccine and pneumococcal vaccines are helpful.
Nasal allergy, adenoids, Gastro-esophageal reflux may be predisposing factors for Ear infection or ear pain.
Keep a follow up as each of our organs is very precious and cannot be restored to same even with best of treatment.
